Returns & Exchanges
Unused and unassembled CAALMA products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For safety and quality reasons, used or assembled products cannot be returned or refunded.
Missing Parts
If your order is missing parts or hardware, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the packaging and received items.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have shipped. Please review your order details and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
If you need assistance before shipment, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 business days and include photos of:
- The product
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- All packaging materials
Our team will review the issue and work quickly to provide an appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
Missing packages must be reported within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
