All in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and fulfilled through a third-party logistics network. Once shipped, delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days(except Pre Order Items), depending on the destination and carrier service selected. Processing and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak fulfillment periods.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product selections, quantities, and shipping information. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify, cancel, or make changes to it. Shipping charges are applied per delivery address.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are fulfilled and shipped through a trusted third-party fulfillment and logistics partner to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery experience.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Caalma & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our direct control. While we work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure smooth delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Any package returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be treated as a return once received and processed.

Pre-order items will include an estimated shipping date on the corresponding product page. These estimated shipping timelines are subject to change based on production schedules, inventory availability, and fulfillment capacity.
